Beclovent/Vanceril Inhaler (Beclomethasone) is a prescription medication used to help control asthma symptoms and improve breathing. It is used when other asthma medicines cannot control a patient's asthma or when the condition is so severe that more than one medicine is needed daily. Beclovent/Vanceril will not relieve an asthma attack that has already started. The active ingredient in Beclovent/Vanceril Inhaler is Beclomethasone. Beclomethasone belongs to the class of medication called corticosteroids. It works by preventing certain lung cells and breathing passages from releasing substances that cause asthma symptoms.

The common side effects of Beclovent/Vanceril Inhaler are body aches, congestion, hoarseness, or sore throat.
