How to use Nicorette Quick Mist
• Open your mouth and press the top of the dispenser firmly once avoiding your lips or the back of your throat;
• Wait for a few seconds before swallowing;
• If your cravings don't go away in a few minutes use a second spray;
• When you're done, slide the button down, push it inwards;
• Press your thumb all the way down and release

You may use the following chart as a guide:
• Weeks 1 to 6 - 1 to 2 sprays every half hour;
• Weeks 7 to 9 - Reduce number of sprays per day by half;
• Weeks 10 to 12 - 2 to 4 sprays per day;
• After 12 weeks - Stop using Quick mist;
• Maximum Doses - 2 sprays at a time, 4 sprays per hour, 64 sprays per day
