Patanol eye drops Details (Brand and Generic)

CanadaPharmacyOnline.com offers the brand Patanol eye drops from Turkey. The generic Olopatadine comes from India also called Winolap manufactured by Sun Pharma and from Canada by a different manufacturer. Dosage

Patanol eye drops and the generic Olopatadine is available in the strength of 0.1 %/5 ml.

Usage

Patanol eye drops (Olopatadine) is used to treat itching and redness in the eyes due to allergies. Olopatadine is the active ingredient of this eye drop; Olopatadine belongs to the class of medications called antihistamine. Histamine is a natural body chemical that causes allergy symptoms such as sneezing, itchy nose, runny nose, red, itchy eyes, and skin rash. Being an antihistamine, this eye drop works by blocking histamine; as a result, Patanol eye drops alleviate red, itchy eyes caused by allergies. Patanol should not be used for the treatment of eye irritation caused by wearing contact lenses.

Side Effects and Precautions

Signs of an allergic reaction may include difficulty breathing, hives (rash on your body), swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat—If you experience any of these symptoms, please call 911 or seek emergency medical care at the nearest emergency room (ER).

The common side effects of Patanol eye drops may include temporary blurred vision, dry eyes, feeling like something is in your eye, puffy eye lids, and taste.
