Vitamin D Information

Vitamin D (cholecalciferol, also called Osto D2 Vitamin) is an over the counter medication which is used to supplement a regular diet of where a vitamin D deficiency is clear with your body. Vitamin D is very important within your body as it is used to allow your body to absorb calcium from the foods in which you eat; it is also used to help the functioning of calcium within your body. A supplement like Vitamin D is used to prevent and treat many conditions which are caused by a lack of Vitamin D, especially in the conditions which effect the bones are the skin.

Vitamin D Side Effects

Thinking problems, changes in behaviour, feeling irritable, chest pains, urinating less than usual and also muscle weakness are all serious side effects that you should be aware of whilst using Vitamin D as a medication.
