Natasha Tracy B.Sc
Natasha Tracy B.Sc. is an award-winning writer, speaker and consultant who is living with bipolar disorder. She is a mental health thought leader and subject matter expert in bipolar disorder. Natasha is the author of the acclaimed book, Lost Marbles: Insights into My Life with Depression & Bipolar. Natasha has been the proud recipient of many awards including a WEGO Health Award for health activism, being named an Invisible Illness Champion by Healthline, and an Erasing the Stigma Leadership award by Didi Hirsch. Natasha works to bring high-quality, insightful and trusted information on bipolar disorder and related illnesses to the public while engaging with the mental health community. Carissa Andrews
Carissa Andrews is an international bestselling author, award-winning graphic designer, and freelancer. She has been published in multiple magazines, including Her Voice, Lake Country Journal, Minnesota Homes, Golf Guide, and more. She has a special love for health and wellness in all its various forms. In addition, she owns and operates Author Revolution™, an indie publishing online school with multiple courses available for students to learn how to independently publish their writing. She is also the host of the Author Revolution™ Podcast.

Skye Sherman
Skye Sherman is a freelance writer living in Florida. Beyond her vast writing expertise, she is interested in food and travel. She writes on a variety of topics in the health and wellness spaces and has strong research skills plus plenty of firsthand experience on various topics thanks to her extensive travel history. She is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she earned a degree in English with a minor in Psychology. A serious student, she graduated summa cum laude with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Cecilia Pang
Cecilia Pang graduated in Bachelor of Honours Arts from the University of British Columbia, where she was recognized as one of the top political science students and endowed with the Lieutenant Governor's Medal for Inclusion, Democracy, and Reconciliation. Her interests have stemmed not only from her research as a political science student but through activism and entrepreneurship in her community. Over the span of the past eight years, she has had the privilege of creating empowering spaces for youth civic engagement. From founding initiatives such as ajourney2success.com (2012) and Art2Heart Foundation (2014) to co-chairing YWCA Metro Vancouver’s Youth Advisory Council, she has been able to connect thousands of youths locally and globally and given youth opportunities to feel confident in their community involvement via authentic self-expression in arts and writing. Currently, she serves as a board director for the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society’s B.C. chapter and spearheads civic engagement initiatives in Vancouver as a World Economic Forum Global Shaper.
Dr Jo de Klerk
Dr Jo de Klerk is a certified British veterinarian, registered with both the RCVS and the SAVC. She graduated with an Honours degree in Veterinary Medicine from the prestigious Royal Veterinary College in London in 2014. She then went on to complete a Master's degree in Tropical Animal Health through the Institute of Tropical Medicine, and is now studying for a PhD in Life Sciences with the University of Warwick. She is a professional writer alongside her clinical vet work and academic studies. To date, she has published over 10 books and hundreds of pet and veterinary articles, many of which can be viewed from her writing on her social media page. She is also a regular contributor to Veterinary Practice Today. Her clinical interests include pain management, rehabilitation and global disease management. She is a pet-parent to a scatty rescue dog called Raven.
