Product Details:

Verzenio is a prescription medication used to treat a type of breast cancer called HR+/HER2– (hormone receptor positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2–negative) and the cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastasized, mBC). Abemaciclib belongs to a class of drugs known as cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) 4 & 6 inhibitors. It works by slowing down cancer cell growth and causing cancer cells to become inactive or even die. Verzenio can be used along, in combination with Faslodex, and in combination with an aromatase inhibitor such as Arimidex, Femara. If you experience any severe signs or allergic reactions, signs of infections, liver problems, numbness, fast heartbeat, seizures, please contact your doctor or pharmacist promptly. The common side effects of Verzenio include:

Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice.
